About Us

We Aren’t Just Consultants - We’re the Architects of Your Future.

Throughout my analytics career, I've seen the same challenge play out: leaders being forced to make critical decisions based on fragmented data, endless spreadsheets + systems that don't talk to each other.

I've watched brilliant, mission-driven leaders spend hours compiling reports manually, only to question whether the numbers are even accurate. I've seen teams lose precious time wrestling with data instead of focusing on the work that matters—serving students, supporting communities + creating lasting impact. I've also seen too many organizations miss opportunities or make costly mistakes simply because they couldn't see the full picture in time.

That gap—between the insights organizations need + the infrastructure they have—is what led me to launch Will+Ford. Named in honor of my grandfathers, Willie Johnson + Stafford Nelson, Will+Ford is built on their values: real impact, practical solutions + a commitment to doing right by the people we serve. We exist to help organizations stop fighting their data + start using it to make better, faster decisions.

Who We Serve

We partner with nonprofit organizations + educational institutions who are working to create positive change with limited resources. Our clients face unique challenges that we are prepared to address. From balancing tight budgets to small teams wearing multiple hats to compliance requirements, it’s imperative that our clients invest in partners who can provide much needed modernization without compromising their values + missions.

How We Help

Will+Ford specializes in three core areas that transform how our client’s work with data:

Business Intelligence Tool Development – We build intuitive, custom dashboards + reporting tools that provide real-time visibility into what's happening across the organization. No more waiting until month-end to understand the metrics.

Data Storage Modernization – We help our clients transition from spreadsheet chaos to stable, reliable data warehouses. This means your data is secure, organized + accessible—giving the organization a single source of truth that everyone can trust.

System Integration – We connect siloed systems so they work together seamlessly. When systems talk to each other, leaders can get a complete picture of the organization's health, identify problems faster + make strategic decisions with confidence.

What Makes Us Different

We're not a massive firm that will hand our clients a 100-page report + disappear. We're partners who roll up our sleeves + work alongside them to build solutions that fit into their reality. We understand that our clients don't always have large budgets or technical staff on hand, which is why we design everything with the entire team in mind. We create practical, sustainable systems that are powerful but not overwhelming, sophisticated but not complicated.

Why This Matters Now

Organizations are facing a time-sensitive challenge. The expectations for nonprofit + educational leaders have never been higher. Boards want more transparency, donors want detailed impact reports + students + beneficiaries crave better outcomes. Meanwhile, teams are stretched thin trying to meet all these demands while still advancing the core mission.

Investing in data infrastructure is no longer a "nice to have"—it's essential for organizational health, strategic decision-making + long-term sustainability. The good news? Leaders don't have to figure this out alone + they don't need a massive IT department to get there. All that’s needed is Will+Ford’s unified strategy + a dedicated team.

Our Mission

At Will+Ford, our mission is to help nonprofit + educational leaders modernize their data systems, eliminate the spreadsheet dependency + turn data into a strategic asset—all without the complexity that usually comes with technology projects.

We're here to be your long-term partner in making data work for your mission, not against it. Because when you have the right infrastructure in place, everything changes. You move faster. You see opportunities sooner. You avoid costly mistakes. And most importantly, you free up your talented team to focus on what they do best—changing lives + making a difference.

Let's build something better, together.
